Billy Van Heusen was an excellent resource in our search for a place. He was very patient and always available when we wanted to look through a place. After we purchased a place, Billy turned on the heat during an extremely cold day while we were moving in from out of state.

I was under a tight schedule to find a home as I was being relocated for work. As soon as I initiated contact with Billy's Team, they set me up with a local search and were always available to help me with any questions. We were able to get a house under contract just 1.5 days after I started looking due in large part to Billy's experience and understanding of how to approach a negotiation in the local market.
