Lavinia joined the team in October 2018 as our Director of Operations and in 2023 became a licensed broker.
Born and raised in Italy, Lavinia came to the United States in 1996 and has lived in various places on both coasts, finally settling down in Colorado.
With experience in marketing, accounting, and education most recently, Lavinia is using all her skills as director of operations of the Billy Van Heusen Team and their newest broker associate. She is fluent in English, Italian, timidly in Spanish, and has ambitions of learning Portuguese and French too! She trains in jiu-jitsu and aikido and in her free time can be found more often than not at one of her family member's sporting events (with a book in hand).
